"A copy of this letter was mailed simultaneously to ALL the heads of the major religious bodies throughout the United States, and many others throughout the world, on September 5, 1975."
While seated in his home May 1, 1967, this writer received a personal message from GOD HIMSELF. The message is for members of ALL religions worldwide, and for all other sincere persons of good will. "You have my express permission to publish and broadcast this message to members of your congregations worldwide."
GOD would like you and your members to keep your own present religious beliefs, and with this NEW knowledge, renew them with deeper meaning. And, GOD wants you and your members to believe in this writer. For skeptics, GOD burned a "halo line" into this writer's scalp, above his ears!
In this MIRACLE, the Supreme, Radiant Goodness of GOD Himself, began constantly increasing to an EARTHSHAKING intensity in front of this writer. Suddenly, this writer was put into a trance with his eyes open. Then in a THUNDERING VOICE, GOD spoke in English, the following message for the whole world:

"And HE truly loves each member of his congregations that are now attending *Church for the sole purpose of showing their love for Him." "HE forgives mankind at the present, for not attending *Church, because of the scientific conflict in creation." Did GOD retaliate for this rejection of HIS WORDS...? Yes, I believe WE did receive The Angry Wrath of GOD, and HE did retaliate...! The information from the Collier Year Book of 1976 stated: "Severe droughts were experienced in several regions during the year (1976). Europe was plagued by one of the worst droughts in approximately 200 years, causing huge crop losses, especially in France and Great Britain." "Farming areas in eastern and western England were hit particularly hard by the water scarcity, and production of sugar beets, potatoes, and other vegetables fell by upwards of 20 percent form 1975 levels. "The United Kingdom during the summer (of 1976) experienced its worse drought since records began to be kept 250 years ago!" In france, losses were estimated at $3-4 billion, and reduced supplies were expected to trigger sharp increases in food prices. Drought also affected Soviet grain harvests.
Several parts of the United States were afflicted by unusually dry weather this year (1976). California had one of its droughts in this century. The dry spell appeared to be broken in August by unseasonable rains, but there was a severe shortage of fodder for the cattle. In the Plains states a severe drought that began during the winter lasted through spring and into summer, raising the specter of a return to the Dust Bowl conditions of the 1930's. There was a sharp increase in wind erosion in the southern Great Plains. The Dakotas, Minnesota, and Nebraska were hard hit by drought; South Dakota's production of oats, barley, and corn crops dipped to less than half the average level of recent years, and minnesota lost about 30 percent of its corn crop. The extent of the abnormally dry conditions was illustrated by the fact that the water level in the Mississippi River in September reached its lowest point in decades, causing a considerable rise in shipping costs as barges were forced to operate with half loads.
Additional information from the Collier Year Book of 1977 states:
"Beginning in February (1977), unusually dry weather in the western half
of the United States led to widespread drought." In an extensive area covering
most of the Midwest and eastern parts of the northern and central Great
Plains, winter dryness followed an unusually rainless summer and fall.
Conditions in many places recalled those of the great drought of the 1930's
in the Great Plains. Dust bowl conditions were experienced in northwest
Texas and dust was carried across the Gulf of Mexico as far as Florida.
Ninety-mile-an-hour dust storms destroyed most of Colorado's germinating
winter wheat. Much of the drought-stricken area received above-average
rain and snow in March, but northern California and some interior regions
including the northeastern Great Plains in Minnesota and Wisconsin, continued
to suffer drought into the summer.
Extreme drought conditions, even more severe over the hardest-hit regions
of northern California, Washington, and Minnesota than those of the 1930's
resulted in heavy crop losses and escalating costs for emergency
drought relief.
By fall, 22 of the
contiguous United States were declared disaster areas.
