Shall receive a 600,000,000 "POINT" account (Worth $6,000,000.). To be issued July 15, 2012 A.D. After this date, all new citizens shall receive theirs immediately, at their birth. This "POINT" account shall be RENEWED every two (2) years, on the anniversary of the issued date.

The points will be initally issued at amount of 300,000,000 times your
present age at the starting date of July 15, 2012 A.D.

Example: A man 50 years and 6 months old on July 15, 2012 A.D., would
receive 15,150,000,000. points. (15.150 billion points, worth $151,500,000.)
Example: A woman 72 years and 5 months old on July 15, 2012 A.D., would
receive 21,725,000,000. points. (worth $217,250,000. ) She would receive
another 600,000,000. points on July 15, 2014 A.D.

All points are non transferable, and terminate at the time your soul departs
your body, plus any outstanding amounts still owed, which will be paid
by WMF on your behalf. Any unused points are cancelled, and your point system account is then closed.

These "POINTS" may be used for food, vacations, rentals, vehicles, aircraft, travel, every day essentials and other purposed that WMF shall so designate. These funds are issued from WMF's "Special Fund".
All of your "POINTS" are for non commercial Usage.

A citizen will "purchase" in "points", and/or rent in "points", and merchants will later have these points converted to "Cash" by WMF's "Special Fund".
(It will be simular to the former "Blue" or "Green"
Stamp Stores, where merchandise had a certain level of points required to redeem what you needed to purchase.

Each *(1) WORLD CITIZEN shall NOT be obligated to pay
any tithe on any benefits they receive from this "Special Fund".
