Enclosed are WMF DOLLAR RESERVE NOTES, and a letter for the President.
Also enclosed is some information to various world leaders.  The information is self-explanatory.

Please go through the material and present it to the President.

100 Trillion Dollar WMF Reserve Notes

These notes are to be issued immediately to every participating nation in the world.  These notes are to be kept by each nation as collateral so that they may print additional money in their own currency.  The amount they may print is determined by the value of their own currency, in relation to the value of the WMF Reserve Note (or notes) that they receive from THE WORLD MONETARY FUND (WMF) WORLD TRUST.  The value of the WMF Reserve Note dollar is equal to the value of the United States dollar.

This additional currency that each nation may print and put into circulation, is to be used for INITIAL EMERGENCY RELIEF (for food, clothing, shelter, and to pay off existing financial obligations, including national and international payments owed.)

This new money may not be used for military needs or any operation expenses to maintain it.

The United Nations will receive 50 WMF Reserve Notes, valued at five quadrillion dollars.  Each permanent member of the U.N. Security Council will receive Ten 100-Trillion Dollar WMF Reserve Notes...China, France, United Kingdom, United States and U.S.S.R.

Every nation in the world will be considered in good standing, and will receive at least one of the above 100-Trillion Dollar WMF Reserve Notes.  A nation over 150 million population will receive two (2) notes.  A nation of 300...400 million pop., four (4) notes; 500 million population, five (5) notes; 600 million population, six (6) notes and each 100 million additional population increses will warrant an additional note.
